Installation and Commissioning Services

Located in a modern 30,000 square foot facility in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada, the CMP manufacturing plant is fully equipped for stainless steel fabrication.  Our installation crews are specifically trained as specialists in installation work of custom stainless steel equipment for the food processing industry.  Our team of stainless steel fabricators and installers are CSA, CWB, and ASME certified. 

Our installation services include:

• Demolition and removal of existing catwalks and equipment for relocation and replacement.
• Installation of CMP food processing equipment including conveyors, tanks, hoppers, catwalks, stairways, and other equipment
• Installation of other manufacturers specialty equipment
• Start up and commissioning services to ensure the food processing equipment and systems meet customer specification
• Training of operations people in the proper use of the food processing systems to ensure the customer obtains maximum efficiency benefits and return on investment
