At CMP, we know Mussel Processing.  We grew up with the industry on our door step.  CMP has been manufacturing Mussel processing solutions for the seafood industry for over 50 years.  We manufacture complete “turn-key” process lines for the fresh mussel market.  We also manufacture complete process lines for the cooking and packaging of Mussel meat.  We manufacture individual pieces of equipment from receiving hoppers, declumpers, sizers, and debysers, to cookers and shell and meat separator shakers, and final inspection tables.  Typical production rates achieved with our standard process lines are 2000 pounds per hour and 4000 pounds per hour.
